  1.  All items found in the accommodation should not be moved for any reason (Beds, mattresses, etc.).

     

  2. Guests who are staying in the dormitories or hostels are required to bring their own bedding.

     

  3. Guests are required to bring their own towels & toiletries for all categories of rooms (soap, toilet tissue, etc)

     

  4. The main gate is locked between the hours of 12 am – 5 am. Should you have a particular need to access the campus or leave during those hours, kindly inform the Anagkazo Admin.

     

  5. Kindly note that there is a toll donation for every car entry to the campus.  Participants should be made aware of this prior to their visit.  Should you wish to make a pre-donation for your participants, please let us know.

     

  6. Prayer should be restricted to the 100% Answered Prayer Gardens.  Outdoor prayer is restricted to the garden, whether day or night.  After 9 pm, the volume should be kept to a minimum in both the garden and in the halls to be considerate of our neighbours since we are in a residential area.

     

  7. To conserve power, outdoor lights on the campus go off at 10 pm each night. Caution should be taken if moving around after this time. If you wish to have outdoor lights on for a longer duration for your event, please contact the Anagkazo Admin. This can be arranged for an extra fee.

     

  8. The Anagkazo Campus is situated within the beautiful Akwapim mountain range, and has maintained natural forest reserves within the campus. Should you choose to stay at the Anagkazo Campus, you do so understanding that the forest reserves contain various types of wildlife, including reptiles and insects. You therefore enter at your own risk. The Anagkazo campus does its best to ensure these creatures are kept within the forest reserves, however, it cannot be held responsible for any encounters you may have with any such.

     

  9. The speed limit for vehicles within the campus is 25km/h. Overspeeding can attract fines and penalties.

     

  10. There are several designated car parks. Please do NOT park at places not designated for parking. Cars that park in non-parking zones will be clamped and fined.

     

  11. You park within the campus at your own risk. The Anagkazo campus will not be held responsible for any thefts, damages, or losses.

     

  12. Certain areas of the campus are restricted areas. Do NOT enter restricted areas.

     

  13. At any point in time, there may be construction going on in some parts of the campus.

     

  14. Do NOT enter construction zones.

     

  15. There are several water bodies on the campus. These are NOT for swimming.

     

  16. Do NOT enter/jump into water bodies.

     

  17. A number of our halls of residence and conference halls have outdoor balconies. Do NOT jump over balconies.

     

  18. The Anagkazo Campus reserves the right to refuse admission to any person or persons it pleases.

     

  19. All persons entering these premises and using its facilities, including parking areas, do so at their own risk. The owners, employees, representatives, and management of these premises shall not be held liable for any damage, loss, theft, injury, accident, or death suffered by any person, however caused.

     

  20. Smoking and Drinking are prohibited throughout the Campus, including rooms.

     

  21. We kindly ask guests to report any damages or breakages immediately.
